Summary:
The Retail Clerk – Pro Shop is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting daily retail and clubhouse operations at Coyote Ridge Golf Course. This position assists members and guests with merchandise sales, tee time coordination, and general inquiries while ensuring accurate transaction processing and organized retail displays. The Retail Clerk contributes to a welcoming and professional atmosphere that enhances the overall golf experience and supports operational efficiency. This position may be eligible for additional incentive opportunities based on role and performance.
Essential Functions:
• Greet members and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
• Assist customers with merchandise selection and product information
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
• Respond to tee time inquiries and assist with scheduling according to established procedures
• Maintain organized, clean, and visually appealing retail displays
• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory counts as assigned
• Support promotional events and sales initiatives
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop and clubhouse areas
• Provide general operational support to clubhouse management as needed
• Cleans golf carts and building exterior as needed
