Retail Customer Experience Associate

Retail hours: 10am – 7pm or 1pm - 10pm (2 shift rotate)
Opening shift OR Closing shift
Weekend work required (rotational off-days among team)
We are looking for Retail Customer Experience Associates to join our mattress retail showroom in Orchard.
This role focuses on delivering a comfortable, consultative in-store experience, no hard selling required.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist customers in-store, understanding their needs and preferences
- Provide product guidance for mattresses and sleep-related products
- Support customers with order placement and basic enquiries
- Maintain showroom presentation and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Assist with opening or closing duties depending on shift
