Project Manager, Retail Development (All Genders)

Your Responsibilities

• Lead store development projects across Europe from planning to store opening.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate external partners, including architects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Retail, Procurement, IT, and Tech.
• Oversee tender processes, contractor selection, and commercial negotiations.
• Supervise on-site construction and fit-out activities to ensure high-quality execution.

Your Profile

• Degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in store development, construction, or project management within retail.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CAD/DWG documentation.
• Fluent in English and German, with willingness to travel up to 60% across Europe.
