About the Role
OBIDA is seeking a customer-focused Retail & Digital Sales Assistant to convert in-store visits and online enquiries into sales, provide attentive service, and ensure accurate order processing and fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome store customers, provide styling guidance, and confidently close sales.
- Respond to WhatsApp, Instagram, and website enquiries within one hour during working hours.
- Accurately record sales and digital orders.
- Hand over paid orders to the Operations team for fulfilment.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.
- Ability to manage digital enquiries and process orders accurately.
