Retail Execution & Perfect Store Integration Manager
Job Description:
You will be responsible for driving the local deployment, integration, and user adoption of our regional Retail Execution (REx) and Perfect Store capabilities across ECE clusters and markets. You will also support other sales systems. In this role you will bridge the gap between regional strategy and on-the-ground market teams, ensuring that field sales forces operate with a fully connected environment to drive physical store execution value.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Deployment & Rollout Support: Support the step-by-step rollout of regional Retail Execution and Perfect Store capabilities across ECE clusters and markets, ensuring compliance with established regional standards.
Collaboration with DT PMs: Work in partnership with Digital Technologies Project Managers (DT PMs) to ensure technology installations are completed on time and resolve local functional requirements.
Ecosystem Integration: Ensure close integration of REx tools with adjacent systems, including Perfect Store guidelines, Image Recognition (IR) technologies, and local reporting analytics.
Enable Adoption & Market Support: Act as the first point of contact for local markets during deployment, providing user training, functional onboarding, and ongoing operational support to drive system adoption.
What are we looking for?
Commercial Systems Support: experience in Field Sales Operations, Sales Systems Support (Super-User), Business Analysis, or Commercial IT Projects.
Technology Exposure: Practical experience with Salesforce SFA, Field Force automation tools, and commercial dashboard applications (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
Rollout and Support: Proven experience in rolling out technology capabilities to large user groups, designing user manuals, and leading online or face-to-face training sessions.
Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding stakeholder relationship-building skills, active listening, and the ability to simplify technical processes for business users.
Language Skills: Professional fluency in written and spoken English. Additional European languages are a strong plus.
