Retail Executive
Job Description:
- Indoor retail sales & promotion of both aquarium & pets products
- Increasing overall retail sales volume through providing excellence customer service and assistant to walk in customers
- Handle sales enquiries, customers’ complaints and feedback
- Handling of retail farm tour group and ensuring that tour services meet set expectations
- To oversee the daily operations and retail shop as well as cafe
- Providing outdoor maintenance service to our customers
- Maintenance of in-house display fish tanks
- In-charge of e-commerce platforms
- Cashiering duties
- Monthly stock take
- Products Merchandising
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Diploma in retail management or sales & marketing
- 1- 2 years of retail experiences preferred
- Class 3 license preferred
Working hours/days:
- 6 days work week
- 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Off day scheduled on weekdays
