Expansion Manager Retail Europe (m/f/d)
Are you passionate about identifying new growth opportunities and bringing retail concepts to life? As Expansion Manager Retail Europe, you will drive our store expansion strategy across Europe, with a particular focus on Eastern Europe, from market analysis and site selection to lease negotiations and store openings.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate expansion opportunities through market, competitor, and location analysis.
- Source and assess retail properties in collaboration with landlords, brokers, and developers.
- Develop business cases, revenue forecasts, and project budgets for new store openings.
- Negotiate lease agreements and maintain strong relationships with landlords and real estate partners.
- Manage store opening projects, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retail expansion, leasing, site development, or real estate.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience in location and feasibility assessments.
- Proven project management and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe, in particular to Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania.
