As a Retail Supervisor, you’ll lead a dynamic team to deliver high-impact merchandising, reset, and remodel projects across your territory. You’ll be the driving force behind quality execution, team development, and client satisfaction—making a visible difference in every store you touch.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & Inspire: Interview, hire, train, and manage a high-performing team to execute retail projects that exceed client expectations.
  • Ensure Excellence: Conduct in-store audits and provide hands-on support to guarantee flawless execution and timely completion of merchandising and reset activities.
  • Own the Process: Read and implement planograms, install fixtures, operate merchandising equipment, and assist with truck unloading and product placement.
  • Plan Strategically: Organize project workflows, materials, and schedules with precision—adapting plans as needed to meet real-time challenges.
  • Coach for Success: Set clear expectations, evaluate performance, and provide ongoing feedback to foster growth and accountability.
  • Communicate Effectively: Build strong relationships through professional, clear, and consistent communication with team members and store partners.
  • Leverage Technology: Use digital tools and hardware confidently to streamline operations and reporting.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Education & Experience:
    Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred.
    OR 1–2+ years of related retail experience and/or training.
    OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Leadership Skills:
    Proven ability to supervise and motivate teams of 10–100 employees.
    Experience in coaching, performance evaluation, and team development.
  • Technical & Physical Capability:
    Comfortable using technology, hardware, and software tools to manage projects.
    Willing to perform physical tasks such as installing fixtures, moving shelves, and merchandising products.
  • Communication Excellence:
    Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to build trust and rapport with team members and store partners.
  • Logistics & Travel:
    Valid driver’s license required.
    Extensive local and some Overnight travel may be necessary to support field operations.
  • Language Skills:
    English proficiency required.
    Bilingual skills may be needed based on business needs.
