Processes retail mortgage loans, coordinates with law firms, and ensures compliance in document handling and disbursements for a bank.
Job Description & Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating with Law firm on the checking and clarification of retail mortgage documentation.
2. Perform all aspects of disbursement, payments and redemption pertaining to Loan Processing.
3. Ensure compliance in safekeeping of all security and confidential documentations are strictly adhered.
4. Review and ensure all relevant conditions precedents are met before activation of credit facility.
5. Achieve or exceed given specific performance standards in both turnaround time and accuracy.
6. Performing general maintenance including data input, related report and preparation of legal profile.
7. Participate in all process improvement of system projects or enhancements.
8. Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements:
1. Diploma and above
2. At least 1 years banking related experience in accounting, loan operations, or law firm preferred.
3. Proficiency n Microsoft Application (Excel and Word)
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Meticulous with an eye for details and quality mindset.6. Able to multi-task and work in a team as well as independently while under pressure to deliver with tight deadlines
