🌟 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the retail store to ensure smooth and efficient performance
- Drive sales performance and achieve store revenue targets
- Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to maximise business growth
- Lead, coach, train and motivate the retail team to achieve excellent performance
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer feedback professionally
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, cash handling and store administration
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet company standards
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and safety standards
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
✅ Requirements
- Minimum GCE O-Level (Diploma/Degree in Business or Retail Management is an advantage)
- At least 5 years of retail experience, including 3 years in a Store Manager role
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive store performance
- Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Good organisational and operational management skills
- Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
