RETAIL MANAGER

Job Description & Requirements

• Drive sales targets and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Drive initiatives to improve footfall, conversion rates, and average transaction values at the store level.
• Manage the day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless and smooth customer experience.
• Collaborate with buying and merchandising team to curate product ranges that align with customer needs and preferences.
• Drive the successful execution of seasonal campaigns and promotional activities at the store level
• Oversee store inventory levels and ensure the highest level of inventory accuracy by monitoring, scheduling and ordering inventory as required
• Maintain outstanding store conditions and work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to optimize displays in-store.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques.
