What you'll be doing
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional service
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards
- Ensure team adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations effectively
- Plan and execute promotions, upselling strategies, and marketing initiatives
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to enhance store performance
