Wood Shed Lumber & Hardware Supply is looking for a motivated, dependable leader to join our Osage Beach team.
We're seeking someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and understands what it takes to keep a retail operation running smoothly.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who wants to make an impact, develop their skills, and grow with a locally owned business.
What You'll Do
- Help lead daily store operations and support team members.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Assist with employee training, scheduling, and daily assignments.
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and store organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Work alongside store leadership to maintain a positive, productive environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate employees and lead by example.
- Comfortable making decisions and managing multiple priorities.
- Understanding of retail operations, sales, and inventory management.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
Experience in lumber, hardware, or building materials is a plus, but not required.
