Retail Merchandising Coordinator

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Coordinator to support the execution and maintenance of merchandising standards across our clients' retail store network. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate product presentation, pricing integrity, sales tag management, and effective communication between stores and support teams.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain merchandising standards, store guidelines, and asset records across the retail network.
- Manage sales tags, pricing updates, promotional material, and artwork coordination.
- Support product lifecycle processes, including discontinued product replacements and showroom updates.
- Conduct monthly merchandising audits and track the completion of outstanding actions.
- Communicate merchandising requirements and updates to stores and relevant support departments.
- Maintain accurate merchandising documentation, databases, and sales tag libraries.
- Assist stores with merchandising-related queries and provide administrative support where required.
- Ensure pricing accuracy and consistency across all retail locations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Retail, Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Decorating, or a related field.
- Valid driver's licence.
- 2-3 years' experience in retail merchandising administration, store support, or a similar role.
- 1-2 years' experience working with pricing, sales tags, product information, or merchandising data.
- Strong Microsoft Excel prficiency.
- Experience within a furniture, homeware, décor, showroom, or retail environment will be advantageous.
- Drivers License will be preferred.
