POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting with the day to day operational oversight of retail branch employees and assisting with diverse and operational projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Review and process daily reports for the Retail. Report to manager any identified learning opportunities
- Assists Retail Support by participating in the call queue and inbox for all branch staff.
- Travel to 1st Security Bank locations as needed for staffing needs.
- Process incoming DocuSign requests received from branches
- Ability to explain, implement, and update processes and procedures as directed.
- Ability to identify weaknesses in current bank processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Participates in Core Release Testing
- Assist with manual updates to the Core as needed.
- Able to open all new account types, (business, consumer, trusts, estates, etc.)
- Assist with branch reviews to ensure audit remediation adherence
- Knowledgeable in Retail Branch Operations
- Professional oral and written communication skills and follow-up when corresponding with employees and customers.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work with minimal supervision.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- At least two years’ experience within a financial institution is preferred.
- Working knowledge of all regulations.
- Knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering policies, procedures and related programs.
- Must be bondable.
COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be experienced in Microsoft Office Products and have the ability to learn other programs.

Salary Range: $21.65 to $25.50 per hour.
