Retail Project Manager

About the role

What you'll do

• Lead and manage projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.
• Coordinate the development of blueprints, timelines, and budgets, performing the necessary monitoring and adjustments during the project.
• Supervise and ensure the quality of assigned works, ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Manage the economic resources and budgets assigned to each project.
• Manage, together with the Legal department, the necessary contracts and coordinate information with architects and external collaborators.
• Coordinate internal and external teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between the different parties involved.
• Anticipate and manage possible risks and incidents, proposing solutions that ensure the correct development of the projects.
• Prepare and present progress reports on the status and evolution of the projects.

What we're looking for

• That you have studies in Architecture or Interior Design, complemented by a postgraduate degree and/or master's in Project Management or Business.
• That you bring, at a minimum, 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the retail and/or beauty sector.
• You should feel comfortable speaking in English.
• That you are passionate about the retail sector and its pace of work.
