Are you a commercially savvy negotiator with a passion for retail property? We’re looking for a Retail Property Manager to play a critical role in shaping and optimising our store network.
In this role, you’ll drive leasing outcomes across an assigned portfolio—balancing performance, growth, and strategic decision-making—while partnering closely with key stakeholders across the business.

What you’ll be responsible for

Managing end-to-end leasing outcomes across your portfolio, including renewals, relocations, new store opportunities, closures, and landlord negotiations
Optimising portfolio performance through commercially sound decision-making and negotiation outcomes
Identifying risks and opportunities to support network growth and long-term strategy
Partnering with Finance, Legal, Store Development, and Retail Operations to deliver aligned property outcomes
Providing commercial analysis, insights, and recommendations to inform key property decisions
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, agents, and internal stakeholders

What you’ll bring

Property experience on the retailer side is essential
Strong understanding of retail lease structures and occupancy cost drivers
Ability to interpret financial and commercial data and translate insights into action
Highly developed negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills
A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience within large retail or shopping centre environments (preferred)
