POSITION
Retail Sales Associate
SALARY
S$2,500–S$3,200 per month
ROLE SUMMARY
Handle gift-area sales, product introduction, display, cashiering and stock checks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome customers and introduce handicrafts, souvenirs and gift products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Handle cashiering, displays, replenishment and stock checks.
- Support promotions and daily outlet operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Retail, sales or customer-service experience is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Interest in cultural, handicraft or gift products is an advantage.
- Able to work rostered shifts, weekends and public holidays.
WORK ARRANGEMENT
10 net working hours plus 2 hours of meal and rest breaks per day; 5.5 rest days per month; rostered shifts.
Salary range is inclusive of basic salary and fixed overtime allowance. Overtime is compensated at 1.5x the hourly basic rate in accordance with the Employment Act.

Jewel Changi Airport, Singapore
