Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain luxury brand visual standards, manage inventory, and collaborate with the team to achieve store goals in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional customer service by responding to enquiries and feedback with a problem-solving mindset
• Create and maintain engaging product displays and visual merchandising that reflect luxury brand standards
• Manage daily inventory operations including stock replenishment, tracking, and accurate sales reporting
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and foster a positive retail environment
• Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to engage with diverse customer profiles

• Prior work experience in a retail environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated through customer interactions
• Positive, resourceful, responsible team player with proven problem-solving capabilities
