Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming shopping experience.
- Assist guests with product selection and offer personalized recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer questions, returns, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain product displays and merchandise presentation.
- Stock shelves and help keep the sales floor clean and organized.
- Stay informed on products, promotions, and new merchandise.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience required.
- Jewelry sales experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy retail environment.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work evenings, Saturdays, and some holidays.
