Retail Sales Associate (Mobile Phones & Telco Services)

We are seeking a proactive and customer‑oriented Retail Sales Associate to support our mobile retail operations. The successful candidate will assist customers with mobile phones, accessories, and telco services, while ensuring smooth daily shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with telco SIM card registration and sales

• Sell mobile phones, accessories, and related tech gadgets

• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs

• Maintain shop cleanliness and a tidy retail environment

• Conduct regular stock checks and support inventory tracking

• Manage daily sales transactions and handle cash confidently

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure operational efficiency

Requirements

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

• Bilingual in English and Chinese to support a diverse clientele

• Friendly, patient, and confident personality

• Proactive in engaging customers and recommending products

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Willing to work on weekends and/or public holidays
