About the Role

Timekeepers International Limited, a retailer and distributor of watches, jewellery, and accessories, is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to drive sales, maintain customer relationships, and deliver excellent in-store service.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and respond to enquiries about the company's products.
• Serve walk-in customers and encourage repeat purchases through excellent customer service.
• Build relationships with existing clients and support market penetration.
• Promote sales and represent the company professionally.
• Stay informed about the brands and products sold.
• Handle product merchandising and provide after-sales support.
• Prepare weekly reports and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• BSc or HND.
• Must have completed NYSC or possess an exemption letter.
• Good customer service, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the retail market; retail sales experience is an advantage.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and stand for long periods.
• Must reside in Asaba or nearby areas.
