As a Retail Sales Cashier, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience. You’ll welcome customers, answer questions, process transactions, and help them find the right mobile devices, accessories, and services to stay connected to the moments that matter.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming, professional, and positive store environment.
• Assist customers with purchasing devices, accessories, and service plans that meet their needs.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) and billing systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit and debit payments, gift certificates, refunds, exchanges, and account updates with accuracy and care.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked, ensuring products are neatly displayed and visually appealing.
• Help customers set up Self-Care and explain product features, services, and promotions clearly.
• Collaborate with your team to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and occasional rotations to other store locations as needed.
• Provide support across retail locations based on operational needs, working as One Team.

What You Bring

• A positive, energetic attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with empathy and professionalism.
• The ability to remain calm, confident, and solution-focused under pressure.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Previous customer service or call center experience; telecommunications experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills, especially in Chamorro, Carolinian, Chuukese, Tagalog, or Japanese, are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One (1) year of customer service or retail sales experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and cash-handling experience.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift 25–50 pounds.
• A professional, friendly, and solution-focused approach to customer interactions.
• Multilingual abilities in Chamorro, Carolinian, Chuukese, Tagalog, or Japanese are an advantage.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. You may also be assigned to assist at different retail locations based on operational requirements.
