Retail Sales Executive

We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Executive to join our team at the Chennai International Airport Terminal 2. This role is essential for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills and be comfortable working in a 24x7 operational setting, including rotational and night shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. - Achieve sales targets by effectively explaining product features, benefits, and pricing. - Maintain high standards of product displays and store presentation. - Address customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. - Support daily store operations and collaborate with team members to enhance the shopping experience. Candidates with relevant experience in retail sales, customer service, or direct customer engagement are preferred. Experience in organized retail, lifestyle products, fashion accessories, or premium consumer products will be an advantage. This is a full-time, on-site position with immediate joining opportunities available.
