Retail Sales Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Chennai International Airport Terminal 2. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and customer service, with a proven ability to engage with customers and meet sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work in a dynamic, 24x7 operational environment, including rotational and night shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. - Achieve sales targets by effectively explaining product features, benefits, and pricing. - Maintain high standards of product displays and store presentation. - Handle customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. - Support daily store operations and collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience. Candidates with relevant experience in organized retail, lifestyle products, fashion accessories, or premium consumer products will be preferred. The position is full-time and on-site, with immediate joining preferred.
