About the Role

The Retail Sales Executive will manage retail and wholesale relationships, drive sales across retail locations, strengthen relationships with retail representatives, and convert inbound wholesale leads into paying accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations regularly to monitor merchandising and product visibility.
• Engage customers and retail staff to gather feedback and improve sales.
• Build strong relationships with retail representatives and motivate them to promote products.
• Take ownership of sales growth across assigned retail locations.
• Convert inbound wholesale leads into closed and paid accounts.
• Manage wholesale sales from initial contact through to deal closure.
• Identify and resolve merchandising and stock issues before they affect sales.
• Develop and establish effective processes and standards for the function.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer-facing sales, retail, merchandising, or account management.
• Comfortable working daily in the field and visiting retail locations.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales and convert leads into customers.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to influence people who do not report directly to you.

Added Advantages:

• Experience in retail merchandising, trade marketing, or field sales.
• B2B or wholesale sales experience.
• Strong initiative, problem-solving, and execution skills.
