Retail Sales Executive [SL]

Promote and sell premium lighting and luxury home décor products to walk-in customers.

Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences and requirements.

Provide product information, answer enquiries, and assist customers throughout the purchasing process.

Identify potential customers and explore new business opportunities beyond walk-in sales.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude when serving customers.

Work closely with team members to support daily showroom operations and achieve sales targets.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
