The role and responsibilities of the sales promoter includes:

1. Achieve individual sales target and contribute to the CNY sales target;

2. Has drive and initiative to maximize sales opportunities;

3. Deliver good services to satisfy customer needs;

4. Strive to understand the brand and have products knowledge;

5. Perform store operation related activities.

6. Any ad-hoc duties and responsibilties as assigned by your superiors.

Requirements for the position includes:

1. Emphasis on quality – Service, products and processes.

2. Emphasis on customer service. Willingness to do more, take one extra step for customers.

3. Achieves sales targets

4. Good teamwork. Able to support team and colleagues. Have team unity.
