Retail Sales Representative

• Visit assigned retail outlets.
  
• Ensure products are stocked and available on shelves.
  
• Monitor shelf positioning, pricing, and product visibility.
  
• Maintain merchandising standards.
  
• Check stock levels and identify replenishment needs.
  
• Build relationships with store managers and purchasing teams.
  
• Execute promotions and monitor competitor products.
  
• Track sales performance and outlet compliance
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG.
  
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  
• Can work independently and as part of a team
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
