Pay Range: $18-32 hourly (Base+Commission)

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

Be Positive: Create a WOW experience for the customer by providing product information during the retail experience process based off their needs
Connect: Create a consumer loyalty towards manufacturer and retailer for future purchases
Be the Expert: Attend and master training on the proper use of “scenarios” so staff can effectively implement/demonstrate to customers
Play your Part: Train staff on core selling skills using all available or preferred methods
Leave your Mark: Close the sale by reinforcing the customers purchase by demonstrating that their purchase will improve their lives

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive, upbeat attitude
Professional appearance
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work nights and weekends
