The Position

The Retail Sales & Stock Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store, and assisting with purchases, deliveries, and stock management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service, including assistance with purchases, suggestive selling, and product information
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store products and pricing
• Operate the sales machine and cash register accurately, returning appropriate change
• Keep the store neat and organized, including dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning
• Prepare and maintain attractive product displays on the sales floor
• Report any theft or suspicious activity to management immediately
• Assist with stock levels and inventory management
• Remove sold product from the sales floor and prepare for customer pickup and delivery
• Pull product for delivery or pick-up and move items to staging areas for loading
• Assemble or disassemble furniture as directed by store management
• Use proper material handling procedures to prevent injury or product damage
• Maintain restrooms and interior/exterior common areas as assigned
