Your Day-to-Day Impact

As the face of Securecorp, you will maintain a safe, welcoming, and high-energy retail environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional, high-level customer service to staff, clients, and the general public.
• Conducting active foot patrols, managing access control, and executing sharp site monitoring.
• Responding swiftly, calmly, and professionally to alarms, critical incidents, and emergencies.
• Completing clear, accurate incident logs and daily operational reports.

What You Bring to the Team

To hit the ground running, you will need:

• A current NSW Security Licence (including Crowd Control).
• Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
• A reliable, professional, and immaculate presentation.
• The confidence to remain cool, calm, and collected under pressure.
