Job Summary

The Retail Department at Massanutten Resort is seeking a high-energy, motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Shift Supervisor. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service while professionally directing daily operations. Duties include supporting retail sales, stocking merchandise, providing resort and local area information to guests, and training and supervising team members. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, excellent guest service abilities, a flexible schedule, and previous supervisory experience preferred.

Required

• Previous cash handling skills
• Previous guest service experience
• Must be 21 or older
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
