Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced candidate with warm, confident, and enthusiastic shop manager who enjoys delivering Japanese Omotenashi–style service — thoughtful, sincere, and customer-first.
You will welcome wedding couples into our store, guide them through their ring-selection journey, and help create joyful and meaningful memories during one of the most important milestones of their lives. Manage the team and shop daily operation, event participation.

Store Operations / Job Responsibilities
Deliver warm, thoughtful, and professional service in line with Japanese Omotenashi standards
Assist wedding couples in selecting engagement rings and wedding bands, even at early stages of wedding planning
Participate and provide training in roleplay and training sessions to continuously enhance sales and service skills during non-busy hours
Manage daily store operations, including stock control and maintaining a welcoming store environment
Prepare for and participate in wedding expos, roadshows, and brand events
Support brand promotion and maintain positive relationships with corporate partners
Follow established sales strategies to achieve individual and team objectives
Requirements
- Related experience in mid-high service or sales sector is required
- Strong service mindset with a warm, caring, and customer-focused personality
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience, including at least 2 years of experience in supervising, coaching, and training team members.
- Experience working with a Japanese brand or a strong understanding of Japanese culture, business etiquette, and customer service standards will be an advantage.
- Enjoys teamwork and maintains a positive attitude with a professional smile
- Proficient in English and any other languages are an advantage
