Retail Shop Assistant

The Retail Shop Assistant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting with sales, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the retail shop is clean and well-organized. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering a high-quality shopping experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience as a retail assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to a flexible schedule.
