Retail Showroom Sales Manager ( Lighting Industry ) | Paya Lebar
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong understanding of the industry to drive sales growth and business development. The role requires someone who is well-connected within the industry and experienced in liaising with interior designers, contractors, architects, and other third-party partners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive new business through cold calling and market outreach
- Grow our market reach and client base
- Manage the showroom and lead the sales team, including training new executives
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report on progress
- Provide onsite lighting consultation and advice to clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Job Requirement:
- 2+ years of relevant lighting sales experience
- Comfortable travelling around Singapore for onsite visits
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; AutoCAD a plus
