We are looking for our first-ever Retail Solutions Manager to join IKEA Copenhagen. This newly created role is part of the exciting journey of bringing Sales and Home Furnishing & Retail Design (Com-in) closer together in one integrated Sales & Retail Design function. As Retail Solutions Manager, you'll lead a team of around 15 specialists and play a key role in strengthening IKEA Copenhagen as the flagship store of IKEA Denmark.
You'll join the Sales & Retail Design leadership team at a time of exciting change, with a unique opportunity to shape how Sales and Com-in work together in the future while having a direct impact on the customer experience.
For the right person, the role also offers a strong development opportunity towards a future Com-in Manager position.
Your mission is to create inspiring, relevant and commercial home furnishing solutions that strengthen the customer experience, drive revisitation and support growth.

About this work area
You will be:
- Leading the overall retail design direction across layouts, range presentation, store media and visual merchandising.
- Developing inspiring and commercially strong home furnishing solutions based on customer insights and local market needs.
- Coaching and developing your team to build competence, creativity and performance.
- Working closely with colleagues across the store to create a consistent and inspiring customer experience.
- Balancing creativity, commerciality and operational excellence in everything you do.

Additional information
- The position is fulltime (37 hours per week) on an individual contract. Overtime is included in the salary
- Salary follows IKEA’s salary policy and includes pension
