Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth operations, excellent customer service and achievement of sales targets.
Lead, manage and motivate a team of 20 or more staff, including recruitment, training, coaching, rostering and performance management.
Monitor store sales performance, KPIs and profitability, implementing action plans to drive business growth.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences, build customer loyalty and resolve customer feedback professionally.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, merchandising, store presentation and cash handling procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, safety standards and store audit requirements.
Analyse sales trends and market activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with headquarters and relevant departments to implement promotions, marketing initiatives and business objectives.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management or a related discipline is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail.
Proven experience managing a team of at least 20 staff.
Strong track record in achieving sales targets, managing store operations and driving team performance.
