Retail Store Space Planner & Interior Designer

As our brands aggressively expands into international markets, we are seeking a talented and driven Retail Store Space Planner & Interior Designer to join our team. The position will be responsible for translating global brand guidelines into high-performing, visually stunning retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Space Planning & VMD Alignment: Execute store layout designs, traffic flow planning, and Visual Merchandising (VMD) setups strictly in accordance with established brand global guidelines.
• Adaptive Design & Localization: Flexibly modify and optimize design layouts based on diverse store dimensions, structural constraints, and property types (e.g., department store counters, shopping malls, flagship street stores) specific to the SEA and Indochina regions.
• Technical Blueprint Literacy: Review, interpret, and modify comprehensive architectural blueprints. This includes structural layouts, electrical/mechanical drawings (MEP), HVAC, and fire safety plans to ensure compliance and feasibility.
• Cost Management & Budgeting: Maintain a strong cost-conscious mindset throughout the design process.
