Role Summary

We are seeking a Retail Store Upgrade Project Manager to lead the planning and end-to-end execution of multi-location store upgrades, remodels, refreshes, and merchandise relays. The role combines physical store upgrades and facilities work with store technology deployments, including POS, networking, cabling, devices, and digital signage.

The Project Manager will coordinate with Store Development, Construction & Facilities, IT Infrastructure, Store Operations, Merchandising, contractors, and technology vendors to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and with minimal store disruption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-site retail store upgrades, remodels, refreshes, and relays.
  • Coordinate Facilities and Store Systems activities to ensure physical and technology upgrades are integrated.
  • Manage construction, fixtures, signage, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) activities, including contractor coordination, safety, quality, and code compliance.
  • Lead POS, network, cabling, devices, and digital signage implementations, including testing and cutover activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Store Development, Construction, Facilities, IT, Operations, Merchandising, and external vendors.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and issues across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Minimize store downtime through phased planning, off-hours execution, and close coordination with store teams.
  • Manage vendors and stakeholders, including procurement, performance tracking, and project communications.
  • Drive go-live readiness, store reopening, handover, and punch-list completion.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in project management, preferably within technology, infrastructure, construction, or retail environments.
  • Experience managing project budgets and financial tracking.
  • Familiarity with networking and IT infrastructure concepts.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
  • CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
  • Retail experience preferred
