Retail Supervisor $3.2K (EAA)

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote footwear products and assist customers with product selection and sizing.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Supervise and guide retail staff to ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Allocate tasks and monitor staff performance during shifts.
• Maintain store presentation, stock arrangement and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle sales transactions and ensure accurate records are maintained.
• Support inventory management and ensure sufficient stock availability.
• Address customer enquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally.

Job Requirements:

• N/O/A Levels/NITEC/Diploma in any discipline.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Prior supervisory or team-leading experience will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Responsible, organised and able to manage day-to-day retail operations.
• Able to stand for extended periods throughout shifts.
