🚀 Your Role
As a Retail Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of a department and lead a team of Retail Assistants to ensure smooth store operations, strong sales performance, and high service standards.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets
Plan staff schedules, assign tasks, and manage team performance
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
Maintain high standards of merchandising, housekeeping, and visual presentation
Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and shrinkage management
Work closely with Store Management to execute promotions and marketing campaigns
Identify opportunities to improve sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
3–5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of merchandising, stock management, and store operations
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Proactive, responsible, and results-driven
