Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Mall Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, coordinate staff activities, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain smooth operational standards within the mall.
The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The candidate must reside within Surulere and Environment

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities of staff within assigned sections.
Ensure proper customer service and operational efficiency.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with company standards.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues where necessary.
Monitor stock movement and report discrepancies when observed.
Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
Ensure safety and security procedures are properly followed.
Coordinate with management on operational matters and staff supervision.

Requirements

Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in Business Administration or related fields
Previous supervisory experience in retail, supermarket, or mall operations is an added advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and reporting abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
