What you'll be doing

· Lead and support the retail team to deliver excellent customer service

· Assist customers with product selection, answer inquiries, and process sales transactions accurately

· Maintain a tidy, organised, and well-stocked retail environment

· Monitor inventory, coordinate deliveries, and manage stock replenishment efficiently

· Collaborate with the team to implement merchandising and promotional activities

· Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service and store operations

· Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Retail Manager or Area Manager

· Prior retail or customer service experience preferred

· Friendly, customer-oriented, and a team player
