EARNINGS: £12.89 per hour + TRONC, paid weekly!
HOURS: Full Time, 40 hours per week

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Retail Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering an elevated customer experience. You will be an ambassador for the Bamford Collect and the Daylesford brand, sharing knowledge about our organic produce, supporting farm shop events, and ensuring our shop floor reflects the beauty and integrity of the Farm.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service, creating a welcoming and elevated guest experience

• Support customers with recommendations across our food range and seasonal collections

• Confidently share product knowledge, including provenance of our organic produce and artisan goods

• Support ad-hoc in-store events and seasonal activations

• Handle fresh food from our production units, including Bakery, Patisserie, and Creamery items

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-facing environment

• Passion for organic food, sustainability and artisan products

• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language

• Professional and well-presented, reflecting our premium brand standards
