Retail Team Member

As a Sales Professional, you will drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences across our store environment. You will be instrumental in building our high-performance sales culture by leveraging product expertise and consultative selling techniques. Your key responsibilities include:

• Engaging customers with expert product knowledge and providing tailored recommendations across home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and gaming categories - Delivering consultative sales support throughout the customer journey, from initial inquiry through to post-sale follow-up and relationship building - Achieving individual and team sales targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service
• Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand experience through strategic product merchandising and compelling presentation of stock on the sales floor - Supporting efficient stock management and store operations, including receiving and processing inventory in accordance with store procedures - Collaborating across store departments to maximise sales opportunities and enhance overall store performance

• You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games
• Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated
• Customer focus and result driven
• You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
