Retail Associate Job Description: Must be reliable and available to work 20-25 hours a week including weekdays, weekends and nights. Excellent customer service.

Opening and closing store: consisting of counting till, checking stock and cleaning when necessary.

Checking in new merchandise: consists of checking the quality of items and that quantities are correct. Tagging when needed and hanging for the sales floor or folding for backstock. Back stocking and organizing the sales floor. Answering phones when needed. Working with the public and being polite, kind and courteous at all times.

Using Square point of sale system-understanding sales, returns/refunds and exchanges.

Not afraid to take initiative and change out displays or add to a display
