Retails Sales Supervisor

• Receive stocks, merchandise, restock and perform physical stocktakes.
• Deliver excellent customer service with good product knowledge.
• Assist with cashiering as and when required.
• Ensure store security and perform basic housekeeping tasks, including cleaning the shop, shelves & products.
• Plan and manage staff duty rosters.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures, including reconsiling sales, balancing cash & credit transactions at the end of the day.
• Maintain accurate stock invetory records.
• Handle customer complaints effectively.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior and Management.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Candidates with at least 1 - 2 year(s) retail experience will have an added advantage.
• Candidates able to communicate well in English & BM.
• Mandaring speakers will have an added advantage.
• Candidates are able to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to work on shifts (morning or afternoon shifts: 19am - 7pm or 2pm - 10pm, with 1 hour break), weekends and public holiday.
