RETAIN SPECIALIST

Position Expectations:

• Conducts sample pick-ups throughout the day as assigned
• Develops foundational knowledge of inspection processes and standards
• Primarily serves local area facilities, with travel to other ACA offices or client sites as needed
• Responsible for supplying and supporting the Lake Charles, Houston Lab, and Point Comfort offices
• Maintains regular communication with ACA operations staff
• Oversees the condition, maintenance, and calibration records of all inspection equipment
• Manages and maintains the sample retain facility, with 24/7/365 availability required (remote management permitted where applicable)
• Remains accessible and responsive via phone and email; any inability to fulfill a request must be communicated directly to supervisor by phone
• Performs additional duties as assigned by ACA management
