Retention Agent

We are currently hiring an experienced and goal-oriented Retention Agent to join the UK desk of a dynamic and international Forex brokerage. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, client-focused environment where your communication skills and sales expertise will directly impact the growth and retention of a key client base. Your Role: • Manage and grow a portfolio of UK-based clients • Proactively retain existing clients and onboard new ones • Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into loyal clients • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets • Work closely with the marketing team on sales campaigns and strategies • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to suggest improvements • Keep CRM systems updated with accurate client interactions What We’re Looking For: • 0–5 years of experience in a Retention position within a Forex company • Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and build long-term client relationships • Solid knowledge of financial markets and trading products • Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, confident, and performance-driven • A bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory About the Company: With a commitment to advanced technology, VIP-level customer service, and strict regulatory compliance, the company is known for its innovative approach and strong client loyalty.
